Good place during a typhoon
The staff was very friendly. They were also able to maintain the electricity during the typhoon. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.
There wasn't a spa or masseuse on site. The menu has a minimal selection. They also did not offer room service.

I liked that they were able to maintain the electricity although there was a typhoon. The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. The staff was very polite.
They didn't have room service, and the restaurant menu was very limited. There wasn't a spa service, and the masseuse was not on location. They had to be booked a day in advance to give the massage in your hotel room. The didn't offer shuttle service or other options for transportation.

Good
Since the location is next to a mall, I actually like it. I adore the OJT staff because they are friendly and supportive. They ought to receive top marks for this. Every morning I see them cleaning, and some of them serve us at the breakfast table. Every time they are close to you, they never forget to say "Hello". I love the plants too️
things I don't enjoy? The key card doesn't function. Every time we enter the room, we ask for assistance, and we have to wait till they open the door for many minutes. The toilet bowl needs to be cleaned because there is already a lot of algae inside of it. It must be checked. While swimming, you can tell that the pool isn't clean. It was too warm in the livin/waiting room at the lobby. How long can you wait there if it's hot?
